I'm the Founder and CEO of #ITjustworks, with over 20 years of experience spanning technology, education, artificial intelligence and digital strategy. I help organisations move from reactive firefighting to clear, long-term planning that improves both operational resilience and real-world outcomes.

Previously an IT Director for a London-based multi-academy trust, I'm known for bridging the gap between the technical world of infrastructure, systems and compliance and the everyday realities of teaching and learning. I treat cyber security and data protection as leadership responsibilities, not afterthoughts, with a particular focus on the practical, safe and ethical use of AI.

I care deeply about narrowing the digital divide and putting sustainable, meaningful technology into the hands of everyone, whatever their background. Modern digital experiences should be for all, not a privilege for some.

I'm a Google Certified Innovator and Trainer and a Canva Certified Education Trainer. I co-host the EdTech AM podcast and speak regularly at major conferences worldwide, bringing an approachable, practical voice to the challenges organisations face.
